Went home to Fremont and my mom made this for me. Vermicelli spring rolls, yum. I miss Vietnamese food.
Mon 7/18/11 Lunch: We rolled eggrolls in the morning to freeze, but fried some up on the spot too. And then I made some potato salad because we had a bunch of potatoes. I couldn’t get it to be like the deli kind. Gah, what’s the secret?!
Tues 7/12/11 Dinner: Rough day yesterdaaaay. Sorry about not posting this promptly, and sorry about not posting lunch. This is.. an eggroll (I had a lot more than just one), rice, and stir fry (bean sprouts, cabbage, bok choy, bell pepper, beef).
